1. Overview

Welcome to Purelyxa (purelyxa.com), your trusted source for Clean Living & Eco Lifestyle guidance. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Services

Purelyxa offers personalized eco-consultations, sustainable living workshops, and wellness coaching (collectively, “Services”).

2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may schedule Services through our website. To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur a service fee.

2.2 Refund Policy for Services

If Purelyxa cancels a Service, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 72 hours before a scheduled Service, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before the Service are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the Service are non-refundable due to provider commitments.

3. Information Products

Purelyxa’s information products include digital guides, online courses, and video tutorials (collectively, “Info Products”).

3.1 Delivery and Access

Upon purchase, Info Products are delivered via email or secure download. Access credentials are provided upon successful payment.

3.2 Refund Policy for Info Products

If you are not fully satisfied with an Info Product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, contact us with your order details. Approved refunds are processed within five business days as a reimbursement to the original payment method. After 14 days, all sales are final.

4. Physical Goods

Our catalog of eco-friendly goods (“Goods”) includes reusable home items, sustainable personal care products, and zero-waste accessories.

4.1 Shipping and Delivery

Goods are shipped from our Toronto facility. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Shipping times may vary based on destination.

4.2 Refund Policy for Goods

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within seven days of delivery. We will, at our discretion, offer either a replacement or a refund. Refund requests are handled as reimbursements to the original payment method within seven business days of approval.

5. No Refund Services

Certain exclusive packages and event tickets are sold as non-refundable due to resource allocation and third-party commitments. These non-refundable services are clearly identified at purchase. By completing such a purchase, you acknowledge that no reimbursement will be offered for cancellations or no-shows.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Toronto.
